Visiting the Pantry
We are here to serve you.
The Ecumenical Food Pantry exists as a source of help for individuals and families during difficult times, such as a sudden job loss, temporary disability, domestic violence, illness,
or some other challenge.

Please refer to the Self-Declaration of Need form to determine if you meet the income guidelines. Clients must show proof of Pike County residence.
A Pennsylvania Photo ID driver's license or a Pennsylvania Photo ID card is required for verification of residence.

If you or someone you know is in need of our services, please fill out the forms below and bring them to the pantry during a Friday distribution.
Pre-printed forms are also available at the pantry.

The pantry is open weekly on Fridays from noon to 1:30 p.m. and
6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
